When we started back in 2003, the original Ulysses was the first application on the market aimed specifically at creative writers. Today, we are proud to still be one of the core innovators in the writing software space, establishing new concepts and demonstrating possibilities long before competitors catch up. We are seeking to grow our core development team of currently three developers. By adding one or two team members, we hope to increase overall output, improve availability and make room for new ventures.
Developing for Ulysses is often a very challenging task, both in terms of function as well as reliability. We have tens of thousands of users that rely on our apps every day, and we reflect that in the attention we pay to all development efforts. Most features that may seem simple take a lot of thought to get right. Only recently, this work has been recognized in an Apple Design Award!
